I heard some scuttlebutt that with Sirius taking over Xm, and Xm already offering a few TV channels (in the new Dodge minivans ??), that Satellite Tv through Sirius might be in the not so far future..anyone hear anything ? |

The Feds issued licenses to Sirius and XM on the express understanding that they'd compete with each other and keep the price down. Now, of course, they have a fairly big customer base so they want to merge and become a "monopoly" operator with the capability to "stick it to the customer". __. Some Feds (Congressmen, FCC people, etc.) are resisting this. Sirius and XM of course are trying to buy all the government that they can afford ... |

I heard it was Sirius that was trying to buy XM not the opposite. |
